The majority of our training courses are bespoke, being developed specifically for clients in order to ensure their exacting requirements are met. Often, our trainers attend client's sites before course delivery to ensure the course programme accurately reflects site activities and to discuss the training objectives with the client, even to the point of including photographs and video of site tasks and activities for inclusion in the course presentation and handouts.

This approach improves class participation and allows staff to identify and accept the relevance of the course with respect to their own work. This is not possible to achieve by simply showing a generic 15 minute video, the content of which is far removed from the actual activities of our course attendees, and quite often contains a number of inaccuracies or only serves to reinforce the cynical views of employees with respect to health and safety e.g. training video presenters wearing hard hats in office environments or operatives seen lifting symmetrical and clean cardboard boxes in immaculate warehouse environments none of which bears any resemblance to real life!

Our trainers have lectured NEBOSH Health and Safety courses at Poole & Bournemouth College of Further Education, Stroud College, Fast Forward College (Swindon) and Wiltshire College (Lackham). Courses have also been developed specifically for Bridgestone Tyres, Hereford and Worcester Fire & Rescue Service, Swindon and Marlborough NHS Trust and Keystone Foods (Logistics suppliers to MacDonald's Restaurants) amongst others.
