Schedule of Employment Law Advisory Services
The following schedule outlines the services we provide to clients who sign up to our employment law service agreement:
REVIEW OF CONTRACTS AND POLICIES
To ensure that our clients start off on the "right footing" Safe2Work International will, via our strategic partner - Employment Law Associates, provide a comprehensive review of all your contracts of employment and policies to ensure that they comply with current legislation. This is an essential part of the service, particularly in light of recent changes in legislation.
The review will be undertaken by our own in-house Employment Law Barristers, who will ensure that you fully understand your legal obligations as an employer and will provide you with the correct tools to fully comply with these obligations.
WHEN: Within 2 - 4 weeks of contract start date
HOW: On-site visit by our legal representative
RESULTS: By written report
PROVISION OF EMPLOYMENT CONTRACTS, POLICIES AND HANDBOOK
Where the above review indicates a requirement for revised or new employment documentation, such documents will be prepared (in consultation with the client) and delivered electronically. On an on-going basis, documents will be amended and delivered (electronically) when necessary in order to ensure compliance with future legislative requirements.
